-
Advance Booking
Members must reserve classes exclusively through the Achieve app or our website. Bookings can be made up to two months in advance.Late Cancellation Policy
To maintain fairness and maximize class availability, members must cancel at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled class via the app or email. Late cancellations will incur a $7.50 fee.No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will result in a $15 no-show fee for both 8-Class Credit members and Unlimited members.Rationale
Our trainers dedicate time and care to preparing each class based on attendance. Respecting the cancellation window honors their preparation and ensures they can plan effectively. These policies also promote fairness for waitlisted members, encourage accountability, and help maximize class availability for everyone.Waitlist Priority
When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist receives an automated notification and has 1 hour to confirm attendance. If unclaimed, the spot progresses to the next person on the list. -
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Members who arrive late may enter only if permitted by the coach and must do so quietly to minimize disruption.
